On that stretch of motorway at rush hour, you won't see many four wheeled vehicles London bound, doing much over sixty.
That's just a fact. I'm not anti bike, I'm not anti biker....I married one.
I am though, anti d1ckhead, whatever vehicle they're controlling.
I assume mainly because of the poor weather we have had for so long!
You missed the Wheelie in the wet at the Rainford Junction with the East Lancs road yesterday! a favorite for locals as there is lots of room and lots of people to watch you as you do it
You missed the L plated chap in his jeans and normal raincoat with his head almost under his fairing, arm down full throttle at 66mph passing a line of traffic this morning on the Lancs, Bless him. Bet he cant wait to get his full ticket and a super bike.
Just saw a picture of a Bike embedded into a car on FB it was at the entrance to a Bike show put there by Police to show just how a mix of a bike going too fast and a silly motorist on the phone pulling out of a junction makes for a tragic recipe all three people where killed instantly the car driver was a girl with a friend in front passenger seat the driver also on the phone!
Think many people ride / drive with little regard for others! or themselves.
That does make it worse, but in all honesty, even in the fairest of weather and bright daylight, junction 3 - 4 (where the M26 joins) coast bound and junctions 6 - 4 London bound are always a mess.
It is what it is.
