Most accurate way of cutting prints to size?

I'm finding it increasingly more difficult to find the right paper sizes that I need and was wondering what is the best way of trimming prints. e.g. A4 sheet cut into two 6x4's either after printing or before.

At the moment I just have a crappy guillotine which isn't great because the measurements aren't accurate and it moves the paper slightly when you cut it.

I have looked into them but was wondering if there any alternatives. I don't fully trust the guillotine's or rotary cutters because to start with you have to manually set the size, then you have to keep touching the papers with your hands, you can only do one at a time etc.

Works great -0 Just take a little care handling your prints. I do that a lot.

You can use lint free gloves made for handling prints if you feel you must

For 6x4, I usually buy packs of 6x4 paper rather than cut A4 sheets down (they go to 3 6x4s if you want to cut A4 down). For other sizes, I usually use a craft knife, a steel rule and a cutting mat.

We bought a Rotatrim M24 about 5 years ago and it's still as sharp as the day it was delivered.
They might be expensive to start with but they will last for years and years and you can cut anything with confidence each and every time.
