Morning everyone
Firstly thankyou to the people who set up this site. I have just become the owner of a canon 450 its magical!. However, I now have to learn to use it. I am unable to set up the camera in the three different user options or am i being stupid and you lose them everytime you switch of i want to take some black and white pictures but have not been able to. any help please thanks for your time Will

hi and welcome
setup your camera they way you like it...then go into the MENU options and set your custom mode (you'll need to be in M A S modes I think, and it's one of the last menu option screens)
you can then SAVE the settings to the correct custom setting..if I recall correctly.

then everytime you get to the C1 C2 or C3 options you should be setup as saved previously

I'm new to these custom options too, so let us all know how it goes
