MORE SPOOLS FOUND! ... for 127 cameras

Before i bin them, does anyone need any 120 spools, 35mm canisters or 120 backing paper ?

I have dozens spare and need to clear out.

There may also be a handful of 120 canisters too though these are more limited.

Sorry i didnt make it clear.....they are thé film spools, not developing spools .....sorry

I think he means spools from the centre of 120 film, not processing spools.

Steveo, you come up some crazy ideas at times, but this one actually paid off!

Took a stroll to the local library in the village where they hold all sorts of creative events for youngsters including, constructing objects from recycled cartons, etc ..... Evidently they can put all the canisters and spools to good use. I suspect there'll be some little lad building himself a "35mm" robot with 120 format arms and legs on monday!

I've sort of "promised" six of them to dave

If 3 aint enough Rob, then you'll have to battle it out with Mr Clayton ( be aware Dave, he has a lethal weapon ( RB67) hidden behind those broad shoulders of his )

@ robhooley167 To save me messing about posting from here to Dave, if I bring all nine to Arundel, perhaps you can forward Daves share onto him?....I'll buy ya a tin o' beans if ya do!

It's more difficult to get through Watford Gap security ( especially for them Scots!) than what it is for me to sneak across the channel with the help of " La Résistance"
@ Crtm If you keep hold of your 127 backing paper, you can spool 35mm film ontoyour 127 spools.
It is narrower film and has to be compensated for when composing but it can save you a small fortune and film and you could dabble in a bit of colour ( shoot vista quid film, dev in c-41 or cross process in b&w chems and simply boost the lack of contrast in PP)

Actually I probably wouldn't need them as I have 6 rolls of 127 film plus one in the camera waiting to be used so I can reuse the spools from them. Never thought about keeping the backing paper though good idea will do that for future use.
