does anybody know how on earth im going wrong? i mean i've done the most basic of an album, no 'tweaking', just practically 'default' as they come...
click me
whenever you click on a thumbnail, i.e. won't display the page, and instead get that silly error message, even though i can actually see the page successfully loaded before the error message pops up! any ideas :(?

Works okay for me

Don't know what the problem may be your end, sorry

Tony

Ah that could be your problem, are you using IE?

If you are, try downloading Firefox

lol yea that is the prob. but 99.9% of my clients use i.e.! :(

clients? what you mean?

Do you need IE to work with them?

Tony

lol the people who are gona be viewing the galleries, those clients!

I use the same theme in my jalbum (chameleon/wedding) and mine works fine in ie7 but yours does not, so you must have done a tweak somewhere. The only thing I don't have is the paypal options enabled, but I doubt it's that.

Nice photos, pity someone did not straighten the poster on the rear wall first.

I gave up on jalbulm as it used to keep losing my galleries. can't say I had any viewing issues when it did work. Have you tested on both ie6 and ie7?

I checked the site with Firefox 3, IE7 and IE8 - all work without problems.

This is apart from IE popping up a "...is this a safe website" message because of it's phishing filter.

I wonder if that is related to the problem?

Anthony.

What a wierd fault . I'me using IE running on Vista, when I click on a thumbnail it pops up a window telling me IE cannot acess site bla bla bla, I then click ok, the page appears then fades out !.

Firefox may be popular on this forum but I don't know of any "Joe Public" users of it.

I get the same result here in IE7, page loads shows an error then fades out. Works fine in firefox though.

Same as ^ in IE but works fine in Opera.

There are some code errors in the font tag for the header/footer of the slide page, fix those and it will work fine. IE7 is fussy about unmatched tags and will choke, other browsers will ignore the errors.

can you be a bit more specific?
thanx

In the header you've set the font name, size and colour in seperate tags and it's only closed twice. There should be one <font> tag and one </font> tag around the text it applies to.

In the footer you set the font size but the tag isn't closed.

ahhh, actually i think i've solve something, i'd been using html tags but hadnt been putting the <html> tag regularly, as the jalbum coding corupts it if you don't frequently use that, instead i should have been using [font=] rather than the html way of <font=>
but now comes another question........
everybody is so going to love me :) (just kidding!)
after hearing many praises for photium, i opted out for the trial of it....
but encountered only one problem, which is still a major one.
whenever you add only one image product to the cart, the postage for UK orders is not calculated...it just says 0 after you tell it! but when you add two image products, it works fine! :( anybody know how to fix this :D?? - alexandrasareh.photium.com

ahh hehehe! sorted now :) photium over jalbum anyday!...except jalbum does have nicer skins!!
