More Cropping Help Plz

Need help on this snap of mum plus new baby, i have no idea what i'm trying to accomplish teeth whitening/cropping/cloning/framing but i think mum would appreciate a nice piccy whatever the outcome

Ok I find Mum distracting, as there's only part of her face, and half her hand is chopped off.

How about these. Cropped nice and tight to get rid of the distractions and a touch of level tweaking.

Or this in Black and White which I think works well

or even a colour select on the eyes with the rest B&W.

Cropped - cloned bottom left, top right, copied highlight in moms eye - pasted into new layer. - cloned out old highlight – moved new highlight to be more central recopied and moved to other eye – flattened – dodged moms teeth to whiten – dodged whites of eyes on both to lighten – burned blue in child’s eyes to make richer – burned around moms eyes and a little on childes mouth – cloned out tiny highlight in child’s right eye plus small highlight in mouth - made selection on mothers face feathered 25 sharpened 100 / 0.8 – flattened made slight S curves adjustment to all – applied boarder using stroke.

Is it just me or do the eyes stand out too much?
