more 1500w problems

hi guys more probs with my new 1500w when i print this(http://www.ocp.de/documents/OCP_Color_Test_Chart.PDF) test sheetit comes out pretty close except for the lines of the alphabet at 6,8,10 do not show any writingthey are just thick black lines. i have to admit i am gtting fed up with it now, does anyone have any ideas please

thanks for the reply Paul, no i haven't have been back to the supplier a couple of times with other probs and they have sorted them out to be fair, just seems to be another one. i just wondered if its a problem with the file i downloaded to print or if its the printer. the odd thing is that although the writing doesnt show up on those 3 lines the colour of the writing on each line isn't missing from the rest of the page i.e. yellow writing on line 6 doesnt show when i print but the yellow on the bird and as the background colour in lines 1,9 and 11 shows up. its a mystery to me.
 
have you tried any other test chart? or printed out the built in one on the printer

Agree with @realspeed may be worth trying a different test print, also make sure the printer is handling colour etc and no profile conflicts. Check you have the latest and greatest drivers too. I'd log a call with Epson too and explain what has been going on, it may be a faulty unit. You may have already done most of this so sorry if so ...

p.s. sorry should hve said i have just calibrated my monitor with spyder4 express and this is the result
