Should be plenty of big puddles about up there for reflections (but beware of the deep bogs!).
If you need to ramp the ISO up beyond your normal noise threshold, consider a B&W conversion - IMO, B&W grain is more easily tolerated than colour noise.
If the Moon is in the right place (Southish from your shooting position) consider a moonlit tor (or stone row/circle/whatever!) with star trails behind it.
Keep any spare batteries in pockets where they'll stay warm.
Locations you seem to have sorted - maybe you could try keeping reasonably close to the road/carpark to reduce any chill posibility. It's all too easy to let the cold get through to you when standing around waiting for the light.
Beware of doggers! No idea if or where they congregate but I'll bet there are some around up there and I doubt they take kindly to randoms with cameras...
Beware of condensation on and in your kit when you get home. If possible, leave it somewhere cool and dry to gradually come up to normal temperature, maybe with a bowl of uncooked rice beside it to absorb any moisture in the air. Plenty of more detailed advice on the forum and elsewhere on the interweb.
If there's a road in shot, consider keeping an eye out for vehicles heading towards the frame and catching a light trail.
Beware of bogs, dogs and the beast!
