LOL. I seem to remember parking is not easy round there. Do I feel like braving the traffic on the M62 (where parking is much easier!).........

From Cheshire...so if I set off now I could probably get there for 01:00 tomorrow?

(Without traffic hold-ups and "managed motorway" it would be just over an hour from here).

You asked where I'd be travelling from ;-)

Need to sort out some food (though it's quite possible all the people in Heptonstall wander around the cobbled streets dishing out free Hovis?). With any luck the traffic will have eased off by the time I can leave.

Not sure about a spinner .....one parted company into a lake recently as it fancied some night time skinny dipping. There might be some lengths of EL wire in there too.

Don't worry about a spinner, mines heavy duty, ya wouldn't want it hitting ya on the head! :D EL wire would be interesting though, never seen it other than on the internet (y)

Sorry chaps, looks like I'm dropping out of the 22nd meet set for this coming Friday. I've just bought a monitor from the classifieds over in York and I'm hoping to collect it Friday. Seeing as its over half way to Flamborough we've decided to collect, keep going and have a day or two over there puffin hunting with mi big lens :D

Looking forward to seeing some shots of the cave and mine, see ya all in Cumbria the week after (y) cheers

I was thinking that you ought to have a thread specifically for the meet on Friday....and it this rate it will definitely need one as it won't come under the 'Yorkshire' prefix any more :-(
