Yes folks whilst browsing my favourite photography website my Philips 19inch monitor decided it didn't like it so shut itself down! This kept happening so had an engineer in this afternoon to have a look.

I'm afraid the monitor has gone to the great monitor resting place in the sky.

Fortunately I have my HP super duper laptop so I can still have my TP fix.

I know TP has mystical powers but didn't know it could harm your monoitor!!!!! :nuts:

So folks coming soon from Carshalton racecourse we have the King of Groove Replacement Monitor Stakes!

Early front runners include some nice looking fillies from LG, Samsung and HP.
 
You looking for another 19 inch? Or could you be persuaded to something a little bigger :)
 
Early front runner is a Samsung 22inch.
 
The cost of good wide screen monitors has come down dramatically over the last year or so, so maybe you could splash out. LG's are looking particularly good at the moment.

Well this afternoon after much visiting to PC World, Currys and Comet on Purley Way, Croydon I am pleased to announce the purchase of a new monitor!

Ok mods can we have a fanfare of trumpets?!!

Yes I've brought a HP 22 in monitor! The quality of the picture just blew the competiton away in my eyes so I'm a very happy bunny!
