Erm, i'm not an expert but those are both TN panel's (it says in the specs) TN's are nice and cheap with fast response times but the colour reproduction isnt great. If you want it specially for processing then look for one with an S-IPS or H-IPS panel.

On another note....i process on an uncalibrated TN monitor and find it fine for my purposes, i dont really mind if the colours are slightly different in print as it is usually my technique that makes a bigger difference to the outcome (i've looked back at old shots and thought the processing was crap, and then did a much better job, now that i've got a bit more experience)
 
I have a Dell 2209WA (note the WA not W) which has a 22 inch E-IPS panel and is much better than my Dell TN monitor. Certainly worth a look IMHO and can be had for about £220 e.g. here
