Yes
been asked to do a model portfolio , not a problem normally , done a few before

except it has been asked by a 13 year old via my website

what is the legal side of things on this, i know nude is a big no no and also implied nude so i no it is a no no too ie becuase she is under 18

other than me personally insisting that her parent/ parents to be there and a release form is there anything else i need to cover

Nothing which could be seen by anyone as indecent. So that rules out lingerie, most swimwear....

to be honest, personally I would leave well alone unless its purely a few fashion shots and/or headshots. The money you might or might not make from it isnt worth being on the sex offenders register!!

If you really must do it... get the model to have a parent present to chaperone... get yourself a chaperone too (preferably a female). If the shots are for the MODELS portfolio you wont need a release form. Release forms only cover you for publication.

i am aware about the lingerie and swimwear

it was mainly headshots from what she was asking and would been fashion too other than that it would of been a no no

model release form is more for personal use on my website hgence why i suggested it

i had a strong feeling to say no and you have put it in a way that has given me the no answer straight away so will send a nice email now refusing

i don't understand why you think you need to refuse? what's the difference between what you've been asked to do and the parents simply booking in with a studio photographer and asking for some head shots plus some more in nice clothes? (ie fashion)

as long as you tick all the boxes i don't see the need to hit the panic button with regards sex offenders lists and all that.

actually... just reading Mani's post again.. he does say I would leave well alone unless its purely a few fashion shots and/or headshots ... which is my thoughts exactly.
