how to make prewedding shoot/model shoot look like a movie scene? this is the example

Colour Efex by Nik Software can also acheive that type of effect. Not free though.

The look of that photograph is due to the backlight which is rimlighting the subjects and creating flare within the lens. The flare causes reduction of contrast. Shallow DoF shooting through vegetation helps with the flare and to create a 3d effect. If necessary you can increase flare by using a dusty filter on the lens.

Of course you can fake it in software, but it'll likely not fool photographers, and is actually harder than doing it in camera (it takes 1/500 to shoot and minutes to process).
