Hi,

Has anyone here had any problems recently with Mobymemory? I ordered two 8GB Sandisk CF cards for next day delivery in April. Depsite chasing them, by mid-May they still hadn't arrived, so I cancelled the order, but the promised refund hasn't turned up either. Apparently they were taken over a few months ago by another company.

I have bought a few memory cards from them since last year and had no problem. Items were delivered next day. Theyre from London.

BUT i haven't bought from them recently.
 
Thanks for your reply. I was just wondering if anyone else was having problems, before either gently chasing them a bit more or just registering a dispute with my credit card company. I've used them a lot in the past, and they were brilliant - it would be very sad if they've been taken over and this is their new standard of service! :(

I generally use 7DayShop for my memory requirements. VERY competitive prices and PDQ delivery. Also check out Play.com.
 
Cheers Pirate, I'll use them next time. I've sent the details of my problem to Trading Standards and VISA. I'm not sure they'll do much, but at least I'll get my money back from VISA!
