MobileMe Alternatives Please

Hi all

Any advice on mobile me alternatives would be greatly appreciated? I have used Mobile me for showing people my photos in the gallery. Using password protection in some of my galleries as I take some u18's basketball matches.
The gallery option worked brilliantly in aperture easy to set up new folders etc. I also used the iDisk as well to save files etc for people to download.
I don't really know what else is out there.
I am sure you guys do.
Thanks also to those who posted on my last question around a good camera to choose for low light that you don't need a mortgage for. I took the advice and went for the nikon d7000 and I am really please with it.
Any help with mobile me alternatives would be great.

Did you use the feature in Gallery where you sent specific people the secure link to view from their own computers? Or did you physically show them on the Mac/ iPad etc.

If you're actually there with them, why not use the Flickr plugin for Aperture and set the galleries as private, so only you can view?

SkyDrive, but thats a Microsoft thing, you might find a compatability application for iApple though.

I did the majority by sending specific links via email. Thanks for your ideas though

It looks like Apple may be adding more features to iCloud (according to the rumour sites).

Although to answer your question I use Photoshelter for sharing galleries, you can choose who can see/download from them really easily. It'll be more expensive than mobile me, but if you're interested I've got a code that would save us both some money.
