I used to use Picnik via Flickr to add fancy reflactive frames to my shots. Picnik has now gone and been replaced by something which lacks this feature.

Anyone know a free processing package which includes the facility to add the sort of frames that Picnik had?
 
Never used picnic but I'm told irvinview has a frames option, no idea what it does though, that said it is free.
