Misleading advertising?

Would you expect to get the Lencarta Standard Reflector as featured in the picture and mentioned in the description?
It doesn't say "reflector pictured not included" or anything like that.

Likewise, however I received the flash head today without a reflector.
I emailed and explained that they forgot to include it and they said,

"Hi Murray,

There is no reflector that comes with this flash head.

Regards"

I have requested that they either send a reflector to me or refund £9.99 to me so I can purchase one myself.
I'll see what happens...

This is the same company who advertised having 97 in stock when they had none.

No I wouldn't. Because they look to be a right bunch of cowboys - no telephone contact number is a dead giveaway. And their T&Cs say that they don't sell to consumers - in an attempt to get around the DSRs.

Did you pay by Credit Card? and was it over £100 is so the are jointly responsible.
