Well-After much thought,i decided to have a go at the "52" challenge.
I joined TP in order to learn as much as i can,and to (hopefully) improve my photography a lot!
The shiny new "Digital" era is very new to me,hence my posts may not contain the best of images, have also started trying to get the hang of PP,and would welcome all C&C and advice!
Sooo ...Without further delay,my first image for the 52,which is also my first image posted on TP,and my first "real" attempt at not totally making a mess in PSP X! (A few firsts there!)

Week 1-Reflections Theme
"Reflections On Reflections"

This was inspired by another entry, and i tried to give it a soft,"Dreamy" look.
Noticed after uploading to flickr that the image quality has degraded a fair bit.
Not to sure if the resize in PSP is responsible,or flickr itself?
Slightly late upload-rough few days..

Like the idea and think you have pulled it of well, only thing there seems to be slight error in the bottom of the refection looks as though it has miss alighned.

done well, i'd lower the opacity of the girl in the reflection and add a hint of texture across the framed scene so it doesn't look like a mirror reflection but apart from that all is good :)

nice one like it

Shades of Narnia :) Good idea and well executed :)

I like it, very good

Wow, really creative take on the theme . Have you got history sorted yet?
Agree with Darkstar, very Narnia looking.

Don't worry about the late post, the main thing is you made it.

I like it too, very good PP effort there and is a clever approach to the theme.

What did you learn from last week's exercise?

That perhaps Sanity and Creativity are more closely linked than previously thought!
Learnt a fair bit about just how much can be achieved through PP.
Read a lot of PSP/PS tutorials, and am now a bit better at working with layers etc.
Not done the History one yet-but got a pretty good idea of the shot im going to try and get.
Thanks all for the comments! :)

Excellent idea - apart from the non-alignment well executed :)
Forgot to mention-The mirror used has a bevelled edge, which is why it appears the way it does.
The reflection is "as is" from the camera.

Lovely start to your 52.09
