mipevo6 (Martin)s Oktoberfest thread

Just seen you Lily shots....beautiful...love 'em...big on canvas and a wall...

that medieval thing... liking the sc version version..suits it well

As had been said....the holly shot as a card...but it's far too early to think about christmas:eek:

As the 1st was a Saturday, you really need another 2 by the end of Friday :)

Glad I didn't commit to any amount...

Nice squiggly thing. Hairs/threads are slightly distracting though

Damn, ok need 2.....

I erm cough, didn't dust it first, didn't notice them...decided to leave them as I shot it as was......

Nice one "Double Helix"

Was gonna mention the cobweb, but as you`ve already done it

Just looked out my back window and noticed the light.....

I like the way the cloudline matches the plane of the top of the bracken. Great light, and very well captured.

sunrise is a wonderful shot.. there's interest all over the shot but still very easy on the eye.

Hi Martin, I also seem to have missed lots of your shots. That sunrise is really beautiful :clap::clap: You have got the bee really sharp  and I love the second grain shot. It is really pleasing on the eye. B/W suits it very well.

Jenny

Thanks.... exploring my primes and having a great time :) Loved your shots...

nice dof in the first, but the second one make a cracking textured abstract

agreed. 2nd wood one is a winner. Works in every aspect for me

The thing I still can't understand is that if we were there for the moment, why do I not have great shots like this!

Post what you got and lets have a look.......

what do you feel you missed?

what were you thinking about, trying to capture?

Martin. The second grain stands out for me...but now I realise that first critiqued leighs wood...now you've posted shots of your wood....Dave could be right about a growing surge of innuendos ....

Ooopss sorry for sharing my wood with everybody... It wasn't early morning wood when everybody would have seen it, but afternoon wood when only a few of us were left....:naughty:

Second wood shot for me (perhaps I should rephrase?)

LOL...

I did my three early in the week, had a crazy busy week, normal service will resume this weekend

Like em both Martin, but think the second one is my pick due to the focal point and super colour

Id have to go with the first... Love the angle you went in at...

Said mother superior :nono: :lol::lol::lol:

these two phone box images are fab Marti (as KMS would say :lol:)
