Minor irritating problem with Lightroom.

Every time I open LR up, I get a box asking me if I want to sign in to LR mobile (which I never do). Does anyone know how I get rid of it?

Never used LR mobile and i don't think i intend to so i am the same as you, pops up on me too

There might be a way of turning it off in preferences, I managed to turn start screen off in Photoshop cause it's irrelevant to me, same with libraries.

Have also tried Lightroom Forum and Adobe LR forum. I'll see if anyone comes up with anything.

You could try signing out from the help menu...

Identity Plate setup
choose something else besides Mobile

That was more or less it! Thanks.

In fact it seemed that "sync with mobile" was ticked, so I switched that off as well. Now all seems OK. Where's that "fingers crossed" smiley when you need it.....

Thanks! That pop up box has been irritating me for weeks and I'd been too idle to try and get rid.

It's gone now.

According to the Lightroom Queen, you can also get rid of it by actually logging in to LR mobile.

Well I never.

After opening up Lightroom this morning the same irritating prompt is back!

You could try signing out from the help menu...

NOT a good idea! Now need to sign in again using Adobe ID and password.

And then.....add LR serial number, which doesn't work.

Squawk.

No, it's just been out of action for a few days.

To be fair to sk66 (above), after I logged out, logged in again, found my registration details on the Adobe website, and re-entered all of it, the prompt does seem to have disappeared again.
