Minolta Hi Matic Repairer?

Got a Hi Matic 7s with f1.7 lens that is working but the aperture blades have got oily/sticky and are a bit slow to open. Anyone recommend a reasonably priced film Minolta repairer or, maybe you have tried the DIY lighter fluid repair trick? The mechanics seem fine, so it's not the springs, just needs the oil cleaning up.
