Miles, calories and heart rate monitored during England v New Zealand

Ever wondered how much energy you expend shooting sport? I decided to try to find out yesterday at Twickenham using a Microsoft Band wearable sensor smartwatch thing. Ended up covering over 7 miles and using over 3600 calories. Full blurb here:

I've noted something similar using the new Health app on iOS .. while I'm injured and unable to run my big days for activity are clearly doing the sports .... on average covering an extra 5-10k on those days ... or perhaps on the other days I'm just a lazy ass ...
