Popped in there yesterday for the first time. I'd called them in the week about a lens I was after.

Well, what a fantastic shop. Excellent customer service (even offered us tea & coffe). Sorted out a parking spot behind the shop. The assistant I dealt with knew his stuff and we spent a while discussing use of the lens/technique,settings etc.

Came away with the lens and got a great deal on a back-pack I'd been after.

I just wish more more shops were like this - it makes parting with hard earned cash almost a pleasure! lol

I try to only use them online, because everytime I go there I end up spending much more than I intended to.

Great shop, and you can waste hours in there just browsing through the secondhand stuff.
 
Always a thumbs up from me too, really fantastic service.
 
Since thy're just down the road, I tend to vbisit their shop rather than deal online and have only good things to say about them - great stock of new and 2nd hand kit, decent prices and they gave me a decent trade in value last time I upgraded. I usually park at the toip of the hill and walk down but now I know they can arrange parking behind the shop...
 
Yep it's my local and it's a real Aladins cave. My wife goes pale at the meer mention of a visit to Mifsuds :)
Greet service, great range and just well.....loads of "stuff" :D

Can only add that my own experiences have been great.

Used to live in Devon, my Wife's home town is Brixham, and am in East Devon at the moment. Went to Brixham the other day but resisted a visit as that would have been expensive. Whenever I have been there the service has been second to none.

They have been there many years. Mr Mifsud did my wedding photos 39 years ago!!!!

same from me,bought my d90 from them,it had a dodgy battery,replaced it no problem,great customer service
 
Very pleased with the service I got from them too!
 
Great to visit on line, but even better to go to the shop – loads of goodies in the bargain rummage bins, which don’t normally make it onto the website. Always more than happy to let you play with anything, stock in depth, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful – wife has banned me from visiting…

You obviously haven't got her trained right ;) I get my wife to take over the car when I jump out at Mifsuds, she then parks at the top of the road and reads her book whilst I have a browse for an hour or so, then when I am ready I telephone her to bring the car back, we swap places and I drive home, jobs a good un! :lol:

Crikey, you should have her cloned and sell her in the 'for sale' forums here. You'll clean up :D
