Micro adjustment advice please.

I have recently upgraded my camera to a model that supports lens micro adjustment. My question is, am I better off making any required adjustments via the camera or via the Sigma USB dock ( I have couple of the new Sigma lenses that are supported by the dock)?

Hi Andy,
Not sure if this thread is of any help? I found it interesting when I upgraded to a D7000 with micro-adjustment capability. I did subsequently realise that most, if not all, the problem was user error though

The problem with the d7000 was a body problem in my opinion and not caused by the lens! I've now got a d7100 with the same lenses and they are all fine on this body!
