Basically, you shoot a roll of film with your pinhole camera (preferably 120 film) you then rewind and post the film off to you oppo, shoot your set of pics, process and post up on here and Flickr.

If living outside of the UK doesn't omit me from "playing" then I'm in.

I recently did a double exposure challenge with someone in the UK (I'll get some shots posted at some point!) and really enjoyed it.

Can make for interesting scenes.

Pinhole, MF, LF or 35mm....I'm game for anything  :D

The pinhole challenge due in a few days will offer a good "practice run" at counting "elephants!

Just me and you then Asha?

lol ....looks that way dunnit?

It's a great idea but I've got nowt pinholy to use and, after my last attempt, I'm staying away from them for a bit.

And I can't scan 120

We can sort out scanning Mads, that's no problem. What happened with you last foray into Pinhole?

Can't you fashion some sort of lenscap pinhole on an MF camera?

That's a good idea, let me see if I can find a spare body cap for the 67.

I made a match box pinhole camera and totally fluffed exposure times, then botched the developing so they came out red.

Hmm... I'll have a think about that since I found the lens cap for my lubitel last week

Pinholes can always be a bit hit and miss, that's part of the fun, this is one my early efforts and that was with a Zero Image so not even a homemade effort.

There you go, get your drill and a bit of aluminium can and you're sorted

Dont have a 120 to use but for those wanting to make a body cap pinhole look HERE

Thanks for the link Alf, very useful.

It doesn't have to be 120 I only recommended it because I use an MF pinhole camera but as long as we have two 35mm users then it's not a problem.

Ok, follow up question... I cant remove the lens from the lubi, I'm assuming that'd cause merry hell with a pinhole lenscap, is that right?

Mmm, I don't think that would work unless you took all the glass/plasic elements out of the lens.

That's what I was thinking. So that's a no from me for 120... Can do 35mm, I'm happy cutting up a bodycap for my canon if that's any use

Well I'm primarily going to use 120 but if you're stuck for another 35mm pinholer to swap with I'm sure I can fashion something from a Nikon cap. as well

I would join in but I dont have a suitable camera atm

This is my pinhole camera which I need to get the film out of

I'm resurrecting this, it looks like there were a few interested folk including:-

me
Asha

steveo_mcg
virtualadept
alfbranch

To open this up to as many people as possible I think we should run both 35mm and 120 film.

If anyone has ideas about the best way to do it let me know, we could even run two films per pair so that everybody ends up spending roughly the same on film, processing and postage.

Any other interested filmies want to take part?

Come on folks, nobody want to try this?

I don't mind making a start running a roll of fomapan 100 though the Holga WPC and a 24 exp roll of quid agfa vista film through an slr.(devd c-41 or X processed).

Was thinking perhaps architecture with the 35mm shot to one side of the frame on 28mm with a view that the 2nd exposure is shot similarly on 28mm but to the opposite of the frame....could be quite interesting marrying buildings up from 2 different countries.

The pinhole is a tad more difficult don't you think, cos tbh i have little idea what is in the fov when using the holga..it is very much a hit and miss affair....still up for the fun though.

So who would like to be my oppo and do the deving??.............
