I ordered some memory on Amazon:

SANDISK Extreme III 4 GB SDHC Class 6 (20MB/s)

But got sent this instead:

SanDisk, Extreme / HD Video SDHC 4GC card Class 6 (SDSDRX3-4096-E21)

I contacted company (Javelin Media Supplies) and they said this:

You do have the correct card, Sandisk have had a recent rebrand on these and
the extreme 3 20mb/s has had a name change to the extreme video. it the same
card just with a name change.

Is this right guys? The card ok?

Thanks

They're both Class 6 cards so should be fine. Sandisk branding is very confusing and they do seem to be going to just Extreme, Ultra etc and not Ultra II, Extreme III

I think Sandisk are changing there band design's etc because of so many copy's out in the world..;)

As far as I'm aware, yes, they are the same, both being 20MB/s class 6.

And, coincidentaly, just as I was typing this reply, the postman just delivered mine, ordered from Play... the 30MB/s edition Extreme III .

And they are, just that :clap::clap:

£13 each (although I've just checked Play and they are back up to £18each)

Ok, so nothing worry about, just keep them! Thanks

I just recieved mine from Play. great price at £13 and it's the 30mb/s edition.

Is class 6 enough for recording HD movies and pics?
