Hi

Does anyone know if a Nikon D50 will take a 4gb sd card or a SCHD card?

You mean SDHC.

You can`t get standard SD in 4GB, only up to 2GB, 4GB and up is SDHC. But someone will be along shortly to say if your camera will take SDHC or not.

I have found out the D50 is not compatible with SDHC. Boo!
