ME Super light seal replacement Qs

So... I opened up the ME and where once there were light seals, now, there's a crumbly, sticky something.

1. What sort of a job is replacing the light seals? I do have reasonable dexterity btw.

2. I can't find the link(s) for the suppliers of light seal kits - can you point me in the right direction please?

I think the eBay seller was/is called interslice or something similar.
