Hi

Sorry if this post is in the wrong section as it is not photography related.

I am a tour organiser in my day job.
We are having a new staff structure in our company.
I will have a meeting on Monday about my new role, objectives, target etc but it looks like it it will be marketing related.

I have never had a marketing job in the past but I have shown some interest in marketing, suggested ideas etc.
I was wondering what sort of starting salary should I expect or negotiate?

From the little you have written if your current employers are restructuring their business then I would be more inclined to be worried about keeping your job than how much you should/want to be paid
 
I understand what you mean Keith. What is happening now is too many people are doing the same job which is a waste of money, so roles are being reviewed and staff allocated to use their skills to their full potential.
 
And because they are money saving , I don’t want to be ripped off.
