Mark Duggan "Lawfully Killed"

Ignorant and damn right insulting to the 99.9 % of decent hard working officers who put their safety on the line for ungrateful people like you.

well maybe I just happen to have met the 0.1 % that are A holes. It's an opinion formed by my experiences - to think that they are all nice and above board would be great but in reality that's not going to happen.

I'm a mechanic Jim, I know just how you feel ...we're all scum rip off merchants with no more skill than the average ikea assembler.

But can you not see Poah is expressing from experience how he sees it, it's real from his experience. ...How do you think mechanics got a bad name, or anyone?

That is a very good analogy Adam.
I have used various garages in the past, and I now use an independent mechanic to do the difficult jobs on my cars. I have had some awful work done in the past.
I have had some good experiences from individual members of the police force, but unfortunately when I needed help on a couple of occasions the level of support just was not there, and the attitude was really poor.

Perhaps it's their reaction to you? Perhaps you have the ability to rub them up the wrong way.

"If everyone in the world seems to be a problem, perhaps the problem is actually you" by someone, heard it lots of times.

I feel another poop storm in a thimble brewing here :help:

like I said I am polite so unless they are particularly annoyed at polite people .......

You said you are polite but don't respect them. Perhaps they sense a tone?

One might hope that it would take a lot more than a tone to cause a policeman to become 'difficult'.

I've found generally (there are sometimes exceptions) if you act like a complete tool towards someone (police or otherwise) you'll get treated accordingly and deservedly so imo.

Exactly, but remaining polite, even while clearly unhappy at being in the presence of police should not result in trouble.

Correct, exactly my point. Read into that what you will.
