Maplin mini light studio £9.99 again

I bought one of these a while back, never used it yet, not sure exactly what set up would work with it to be honest!
 
I bought one of these a few months ago and use it occasionally. It does what it is supposed to and folds down nicely when not in use.

Worth a tenner if just to try it out.
 
Just ordered one to try out! See what its like £12.97 delivered cant grumble really!
 
I've used mine a bit and cant fault it can light it from top and sides which have diffusion panels. The only thing is that it is a small cube probably the tallest object would be a bottle of wine maybe. It comes with a blue/grey background.
 
Could i use my studio light with it or are flashes the better options. Never used a light box before.
