Map for camping?

I'm going camping for the first time in a couple of weeks. We we be hiking from Chelmsford to Colchester, or around those areas.

I think a map would be a good idea but i really don't know what to look for.

If anyone has been camping or knows what sort of map is the right one to get then please help.

Ordnance Survey do a nice range of maps

Get yourself down to your local bookshop/stationers, they should have a range of maps to suit.

Just follow the A12/A120

More seriously... OS maps would do you just fine

O S landranger series maps will be fine

Or get a gps unit with memory map on it and really have fun

yep, OS landranger series map, a compass and a map case to stop it getting wet if it rains!!!
