Manfrotto Junior Geared Head Locking Lever Problem

Hi, As per title I have a Manfrotto Junior Geared Head but the locking lever is very loose and does not click across when I put the plate in.
Anyone no how to tighten up the locking lever please?

There is a brass screw (hex key?) on the underside that needs tightening, as I recall (had this happen to me once).

Ask a neighbour, or anyone with a bit of mechanical nouse (local garage?). They'll fix it in two minutes.
