Manfrotto Help Req

I've had a look but I can't find what I'm looking for, maybe somefine people in here can help me.

I have one of these:

And I want to connect a superclamp (as above) to it, anyone know which connection bolt I need ?

Glad I'm not the only one who finds the manfrotto range complicated and far from self explanitary.

Just looked in catalogue and pump cup has 3/8 male thread and looks like clamp has 1/4 female :shrug:
