Manfrotto 391RC2 Head - Quick Release Plate spare

Hi all,

I have just received a new Manfrotto Tripod + head... but annoyingly it seems the quick release plate has been lost!

Ive spoken to Jessops and they need to know which quick release plate it uses (they dont know)

Just wondering if anyone knows, or anyone has this tripod/head combo and could tell me the code of the QR plate please
