Man Handled for taking a photograph

its a shame they didn't film the incident
probably more exciting than the film there shooting
 
Sorry but I would have insisted on pressing charges against the security guard who physically assaulted you and unlawful detention against them both. If the officer refused I would have taken his details, asked him to collect eye witness statements and let him know I would be contacting a criminal solicitor.

I then would have pushed with a solicitor to have the CPS look at the situation.

Have to agree. I'd press charges too. That's just blatant harassment. Those guys need to learn what their jobs actually are the hard way and deserve everything that's thrown at them.
 
I think the most worrying element of the whole story is that they're making another Pirates of the Caribbean film :gag:

Joking aside, it's a shame this had to happen and it sounds like you could very reasonably press charges if you felt so inclined.
 
You should be very proud of your daughter mate as she stood up to the situation when it must have been quite frightning for her. These people were legalised thugs.
 
i'd find out the name of the firm and take further action myself they should also be sia registered which should hold weight with how they conduct themselves

I wouldn't say you failed, but it's such a shame it's blurred. Timing was pretty much perfect. Fair play for posting it :thumbs:

I suspect this was aimed at me. In which case I'd refer you back to my post because on closer inspection I think you'll find at no point did I suggest he file a civil claim.

If someone assaults you the police should arrest them and the CPS should take it to court. Just because he wasn't physically hurt doesn't mean it's okay.

Failing that I would have *****ed them both... and carried on taking pictures :)

Hit them where it hurts mosts - the publicity. These films and their stars are crap anyways; **** on them all you can.

Think that would achieve the oppossite effect in this world. Controversy = More people interested in film = More publicity about film itself = $$$$$
 
The picture isn,t the greatest, but at least you gotta a grab shot for the family album. And well done for posting it BTW.

However, the post is about two MFing bullies who should no longer be employed!
