Man Fined for Taking Photograph

As to breach of the peace, it's my opinion that some person spewing all over the pavement because she's had one too many Zambouca & Creme de Menthe slammers is causing much more of a breach of the peace than a guy taking a photograph of it. I think the tog was most likely bullied into pleading guilty because he wasn't sure of his rights.

Do the togs bother any more, now if they were sober and not showing their bits - that might be news worthy.

I suspect the girl was in breach of several Scottish laws if followed to the letter.
