I'm off to malta in a couple of weeks, anyone got any tips on good locations for photo shoots ?

Take a trip to Gozo. Well worth a day trip offering a lot of history, olde streets etc.
Try and take in a couple of the markets to as that is a great experience and offers the tourist an opportunity to take some pictures showing the rich lives these guys have.

But I spent most of the day under water and most of the evening eating and drinking.

The Islands not that big really (around 100 sq miles IIRC) there are some interesting rugged landscaped
opportunities as well as the typical Continental "dwelling" type shots
and of course don't forget the capital city Valletta
Its full of history
Gozo is great, especially the old city (Victoria) - but beware of the taxi drivers at the ferry terminal, who are very pushy and very expensive! Valletta is good, especially the eastern facing harbour early in the morning. There is a great walled city called Mdina in the middle of Malta.

Valletta is amazing, so much rich history. I spend my final day there after finishing a load of dives.
Gozo is meant to be much prettier, I've only ever been to the Blue Hole/Azure Window but m parents hired a taxi driver for the day as a tour guide and really enjoyed it.
Am contemplating going there for a year once I finish Uni, working at Diveshack for Rita and maybe a few months on Gozo too

There are LOADS of old vehicles there, the old buses from the 50's i swear are so colourful.
I took a couple of trips to Gozo ,there are some churches there that would put Cathedrals to shame.
The coast as said is rugged and worth a visit at dawn or sunset.
Enjoy it,we did.
