I've two 140x35 strip boxes but only one grid. I'm considering making one and wondered if anyone has any idea what material would work best?

Hi Mate

My Bessel softies came with grids made with a black cloth with velcro on. It's basically just stripssewn together, very simple. You can buy velcro strips in Tesco for a couple of quid

That's what I was thinking. Should be an easy enough job if I can find the right material.

I too am looking at this have you got an email, I have a pdf file that shows it.
They use webbing, my daughter showed me how to sew the thing together as she made a gaga dress.

Thanks Simon, much appreciated.

Would you say that it is better to use cotton or nylon?

I'd say it wants to be something quite stiff, so it doesn't flop about too much.

I've been wanting to say that for a while now...:D

Lol! Definitely nylon or something akin to it.

So would weight be an issue?
Funny that Ste, I have things with my job that may help ;)
