Magnum Contact Sheets

Coincidentally I ordered it today from Amazon and it is being delivered tomorrow.

I have wanted it for a while but there are a few rotten reviews on Amazon about the spine falling apart, often exacerbated due to crappy Amazon packing but I decided to risk it. I sort of thought Amazon must read these reviews too and hopefully will improve their packing!

I did pay slightly more than you .... I think it was £75?

Henry fordes. Theyve got a huge tog section aswell. Bailey books where £20

I've been given one for christmas but not I'm allowed to remove the plastic cover till christmas day!

It was a bit confusing as amazon have 2 versions, one with grey cover and one with a blue cover - I've been given the one with the grey cover which was about £60 a week ago (when it was purchased) but has now gone up to £71.25. Not sure what the difference is between the 2 versions though.
 
I believe the blue version is the German language edition.

I brought mine when it first came out it was grey,but their was a lot of problem with the spine,being such an heavy book,maybe they have resolved it with the blue cover one ?,worth checking with amazon :)
 
Grey is English and Blue is German.

Mine arrived in poor condition from Amazon today (box bigger than book resulting in dented corners) so it is going back.....

Same place as Mel, there's one wrapped copy left in the window display, the other one I saw was a viewing copy.
 
Marked as £35 in the window display for anyone interested (and not a student).
 
Bought myself a copy, thanks for the heads-up. It's an unbelievably heavy book but so wonderful!
 
I bought myself a copy from them yesterday too so thanks Mel for the pointer.

There were still two on the shelf but my sealed copy came up from the store room.
