I looked at them last week. Prices look to be too good to be true
 
I would be very suspicious and definately not touch them with a barge pole.The old saying about if it looks cheap and too good to be true etc

A quick look at the WhoIs info says it has been registered since Jan 21st this year; registrant is in Lyons, France on a major street. Street view here. Could be someone starting a new business.
