I do like a good wind up. When ever I get annoying calls I put them on hold and play this.

I have it bookmarked for such occasions and every now and again pause it to say "your call is important to me, please hold". Once had a bloke sit through the entire song, I got a bit stuck at the end.

advising that the call is being recorded for training purposes and then asking them for their date of birth, postcode and the first line of their address goes down well too.
