Its because I is a foreigner isn't it? Seriously though, I really don't get the pleasure of getting drunk, forgetting my life, feeling sick, having a headache etc. I'm quite happy with my life and friends, don't need alcohol to have a laugh. I don't want to forget, have no need for it....
