Im new to macro photography and interested in macro photography but specialising in bridal and make up - does any one have examples of these images any any useful times on how best to capture these on a Nikon with a 105 VR macro lens

It'd be difficult to show 'Bride' at Macro FoV?

I always take a Macro lens to weddings but usually only gets used for ringshots (or flowers)

Does sound like an odd subject for macro, unless you want to see the pores of the brides skin!

I have just purchased a macro lens for the rings and embroidery In Indian clothes - the colour, vibrancy, the stones - I was thinking would capture well - but was attempting to find out thoughts of other macro Len users
