::rolls eyes:: why is everybody up in arms about this. The rain has caused damage and they are doing everything they can to get it fixed.

That bit of the M25 is a nightmare, there always seem to be delays after J10 to Wisley, I often have to go off
down the M3 and via Woking when I come down it :banghead:

The rain did indeed cause the problem because somenoe neglected to check their weather app when they decided to bung some concrete down on a major road

A spokesman said: "Concrete repairs being carried out overnight failed to set.

"Maintenance crews had been working overnight to replace three sections of concrete road surface between junctions nine and 10.

"One of these concrete sections disintegrated and another section was showing signs of distress"

That's not a problem if ifs mixed correct. You can add additives. However if the m25 is made of sugar that won't help as that stops concrete setting.

One resident who lives beside the M25 said her family had heard "very large, odd thuds, a bit like thunder at about 05:30.
"At one point our house was shaking and a piece of plaster fell out of the ceiling," she said.
"I don't know whether the thuds were the lorries hitting the hole or the road collapsing.

Little bit of a shocker then!
