Hi,
I have a Lumix DMC-LX3 which I bought second hand, I have charged it once off my computer ok but the second didn't seem to work. Initially the camera back showed a battery sign with a flash through it which I assume was the charging sign. However a few hours later I checked and everything is blank, can't get any sign of life at all from the camera and there was some charge left before I started the charging.
Is this likely to be the battery has died or something else?

could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the battery should have a dedicated charger and cannot be charged while in the camera.
 
I also dont think you can charge,this camera from your computer.

It has a dedicated charger,if it came without one,you should be able to pick one up on e.bay :)
