LUMIX FX35

I have just picked up a Panasonic Lumix FX35 as a pocket cam for our summer holiday.
only had it out the box for 30 mins but first impressions are fantastic!
the inteligent auto setting is bloody clever(and works) and the scene modes are better than any i have seen and are actually worth using!
got some cracking shots of tonights sunset using the 'sunset mode' and they came out fantastic.
i would show you... but i just realised i dont have an SDHC card reader
sure this will be sorted shortly as have just ordered a Lowepro Apex 5 AW to keep it in and a couple of Sandisk Ultra II 4gb cards which both come with free readers
i will try and keep you up to date how things go(if i remember)

Just plug the camera into your pc...*drum roll* dadaaaaaa





I cant fathom card readers, why do they even exist, I can't think of a single use for them....except maybe......god, I dunno

cleared the bloody card now :bang: lol
ah well, always tomorrow(fingers crossed)
still a bloody good toy looking forward to playing more tomorrow

Ha! Ya div! But glad to hear you're enjoying your new camera.

I've been looking at those myself, and really fancy one. Dying to get a compact, and if I do, it'll probably be one of those

go for it!
i was going to get a G9 but as the missus pointed out it wasnt exactly pocket friendly and i should actually work out *** all the buttons do on our 400d and 40d
the FX35 is made even sweeter that i had it delivered to my other half parents in jersey so no VAT and got 10% off too!
seriously though i am really impressed. anyone else got one?
