Hi all,

I've had a look through quite a few pages of posts and also used the search (which I am probably using incorrectly to be fair!).

I was just wondering if people could recommend places to pick up some decent presets for LR at all? I'm certain there must be a thread on here somewhere, where someone has asked the same question but I couldn't find it for the life of me. So if anyone could direct me to that I'd be mightly grateful:)

Mostly I would love a decent B&W preset as a starting point for pictures of my young niece.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

It's also really easy to make your own, I also find that the ones I make are better for my photography/images than generic ones.

I found some sites when I used google to search. I am bot going to recommend any because I don't use them. Just have a look through the different results in google and see what site is best for your needs.

Thanks for the idea. I think I will put some presets up on my blog.

That setting I posted above let's you adjust skin tones etc by adjusting white balance, I usually desature the warm tone image in PS and blend with warm tone to taste or you can turn off the split tone panel in lr for straight b and w.

just thought i'd raise this again and see if anyone has any new and wonderful presets they might want to share?

Look at OnOne software - they have 3 sets of pretty useful presets.

Also google Bryan Wheeler. He has a great set via Adobe's website
