LR to use with or instead of PS?

Hey, do people use Lightroom instead of PS or use it with PS? What circumstances would you use each piece of software if you use both?

I use LR2 for the majority of my imaging needs - general processing, archiving, keywording, getting images ready for output), only turning to PS when I need to do lots of layer work, masking and really fine cloning/brushwork. Just find LR a much more fluent piece of software to process images, especially when you have a lot to do in one batch.

I use LR3 for the bulk of my adjustments, and all my organisation, preparing for print etc. I use PS for my newborn work (after sorting the keepers out in LR) because they need more sophisticated editing, and the odd time when an ordered shot needs some fine tweaking. All are then saved back into LR. I find the two work very well together, I don't think I could work exclusively with one or the other.

I use LR for the batch processing of large numbers of images for the basic edit, for all the serious "playing" I switch to photoshop though, LR just can't do the clever stuff like comping images together etc etc.
I'd say LR compliments photoshop rather than replaces it.
