Having a problem using adjustment brush.

Up till now, I select that draw round the object then increase the brush size and mop up other areas. I have show mask overlay selected so it tends to be pink so I can see where have been. Messed around earlier, and not sure what I have done, but when i try to draw round, nothing happens! no overlay and b/ground stays the same.

Ideas?
 
Simplistic answer, but are you sure that it's not memory lag?
 
No just realized flow was set to 0, so all fine now.

If it's any consolation I spent 3 days wondering why masking wasn't working properly in PS.
I could Remove by painting black, but when I tried to Add using white absolutely nothing happened.....

On the fourth day I noticed that I had the brush set to Darken!!!!!!!!!! :$


Maybe changing the title of the thread to Photoshop/Lightroom Howlers might be an idea! :lol:
